Reservations
To confirm your booking we require you to make a downpayment of 20% of the total bill to our bankaccount. We will hold the reservation for 10 days to allow you to send your downpayment to us. The remaining 80% is due no later then 3 weeks before arrival.
If a booking is made less then a month before arrival, then payment in full is required before arrival.
If we do not receive full payment before your arrival then we can not guarentee your reservation.
Payments
All payments must be made to one of our bank accounts. For your convenience we have a bank account in Indonesia, and one in The Netherlands. The transfer costs from the sending bank must be paid by the sender!
We will give you our bankaccount details at time of booking.
Please be reminded that payments for additional services and drinks on the resort can only be paid in cash, using Euro's, Rupiah's, or US dollars. Any payment is US dollars must be with notes from 2004 or newer and in good shape (not worn, stamped, torn, stapled, etc.). [This is a Indonesian banking regulation...]
We can not accept any travellers cheques at this time.
Cancellations
We have the following cancellation fees:
- More then 2 months before arrival: your downpayment will be returned to you.
- Between 2 months and 3 weeks before arrival: 20%
- Within the last three weeks of arrival: 50%
- During your stay: 100% (no money is returned)
