Q. Do you provide electricity 24 hours a day?

We currently only provide electricity from appeoximately 9.30 in the morning until 23.30 at night.  This is to conserve the natural resources that we use to run our generator.
We are slowly converting more and more of our power needs to renewable energy and once we have completed this we will have 24 hours of electricity per day.

Q. What kind of outlets do you have?

We use the same type of outlet as in Western European countries like Germany, and the Netherlands.

Q. Do you have Internet / Wifi ?

Yes, we have free Wifi / Internet in our restaurant.

But please be aware that our connection is NOT high speed. In general it is good enough to send and receive emails, or WhatsApp. But please do not expect to upload all your holiday pictures to your Facebook page or personal website...

Visa


Q. Do I need a visa to visit Indonesia?

Yes, you need a visa.

However depending on which country you come from you might be able to get a visa on arrival. We advice you to check the website from the Indonesian embassy in your home country to check for the latest regulations.

Payment


Q. Can I pay with credit card?

NO, you can NOT pay with credit card.

Payments can only be done in cash, or through bank transfer.

Cancellations


Q. What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation more then 2 months before arrival: no cancellation fee (your downpayment will be returned)
  • Cancellation between 2 months and  3 weeks before arrival: 20% of the total sum (same amount as your downpayment)
  • Cancellation within the last 3 weeks of arrival: 50% of the total sum
  • Cancellation during stay: 100% (no refunds, unless for medical reasons)
